## What this hub is

    
The Resources Hub is a free library from [Nas Talent](https://www.nastalent.com/about), an AI-powered recruitment company in Dubai serving the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. It publishes 33 guides, 4 calculators, 2 template packs, 6 software buying guides, 5 comparisons and a 60-term glossary, mainly for employers and also for job seekers.

    
## Editorial policy

    
      - **Answer first.** Every guide opens with a short, direct answer and closes with its sources.

      - **Honest dates.** “Published” is the day a page first went live. “Updated” changes only for substantive edits. Legal rules and prices carry the date they were last verified.

      - **No invented numbers.** We do not publish fabricated ratings, reviews, user counts or test results. Figures without a published dataset are labelled as illustrative under “About the figures”, and every number is tracked in a claim register.

      - **Real bylines.** Pages are credited to the named person or Nas Talent team that wrote them.

      - **Legal rules are summaries.** Gratuity and labour-law content summarises official sources (MOHRE, HRSD, Qatar Ministry of Labour) and is not legal advice.

      - **Corrections.** If something is wrong or out of date, [tell us](https://www.nastalent.com/contact). We correct it promptly and the “Updated” date changes.

Nas Talent is a brand of SOURCET MANAGEMENT CONSULTING CO. L.L.C — the publisher of this guide. Where Nas Talent appears it competes on the same criteria as every other entry, and the cases where a competitor is the better choice are stated explicitly. In the recruitment guide, Nas Talent’s managed service is assessed separately from recruiting software, on the published services criteria, and is never ranked against software. The cost calculator includes Nas Talent’s published per-role price as one route and says so beside the result. We accept no payment for placement in software comparisons, and vendor links carry rel="nofollow".

## Privacy and measurement

    
Calculators run in your browser and send nothing anywhere unless you ask for a copy of your result. Optional analytics (Google Analytics via Tag Manager, Amplitude) and advertising measurement (Meta) load only after you allow them in the cookie notice; change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
