This policy explains cookies, pixels, browser storage and similar technologies used by the Nas Talent website, operated by SOURCET MANAGEMENT CONSULTING CO. L.L.C / سورسيت لاستشارات الإدارية ذ.م.م, Dubai trade licence 1480538, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai (DET).

A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and associated with a website domain. Local storage saves information in the browser without automatically sending it with every request. Pixels and scripts can send information about a page visit or interaction to a provider, with or without a cookie. This policy covers these technologies, not only traditional cookies.
Session storage ends with the relevant browsing session. Persistent storage remains for a configured period or until cleared; local storage ordinarily has no automatic expiry unless the application implements one. Browser privacy settings can shorten or prevent storage. Deleting browser storage does not delete copies already held by us or a provider.
Necessary: remember your privacy choice and support essential website functions and security. Sending an enquiry you request involves transmission to our delivery provider; it does not depend on agreeing to optional analytics or advertising. Necessary data processing still requires an appropriate legal basis and is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Analytics: optional Google Analytics and Amplitude functionality helps understand visits, navigation, attribution and usability. Amplitude may provide session replay, reconstructing interactions such as scrolling and navigation. The configuration is designed to mask input fields and exclude enquiry forms; application content and CVs should not be sent to analytics. Contentsquare, deployed through Google Tag Manager, provides session analytics such as page interactions, scrolling and, where enabled, session replay; it loads only with analytics permission.
Advertising: optional Meta Pixel functionality supports campaign measurement, audience selection and remarketing. Online identifiers and browsing events may be disclosed to Meta, which can combine information with data it holds under its own policy. This is separate from permission to contact you with marketing messages.
Google Tag Manager is a mechanism for deploying tags, rather than an automatically necessary exemption. Tags must respect the category and permission required for their purpose. An analytics permission does not by itself authorise advertising tags. Claydar is disabled in the reviewed website configuration and is not described here as an active provider.
The inventory identifies the reviewed implementation and common provider storage. Actual names may contain project identifiers. Provider defaults can change or be overridden, so the configured inventory must be kept current.
This table is not a claim that every listed cookie is set on every visit. Third-party tools, remote configuration, browser settings and your choice affect what is stored. The cookie lifetime is distinct from the period a provider retains events on its servers. The Data Processing & Security Notice provides provider policy links and explains international processing.
The website offers Accept all, Reject optional and Preferences. In preferences, necessary functions remain active while analytics and advertising can be selected separately. Ignoring or closing the banner is not approval of optional processing.
You can reopen Cookie preferences from the website controls and save a new choice. Withdrawal stops future optional collection through those controls; it does not reverse earlier lawful processing. Previously stored identifiers may remain until deleted or expired. You can remove them using browser settings and ask us about deletion of information we hold. Clearing the consent record causes the website to ask again. A choice on one browser or device is not necessarily reflected on another.
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” or similar preference signals. Do not assume that such a signal changes every provider's behaviour; use the site's category controls and browser restrictions to make your choice, without prejudice to any signal we are legally required to honour.
Candidate applications may be handled through third-party applications and tools, which have separate technical controls and notices; for further information, contact hello@nastalent.com. Your choice on this website does not automatically configure storage in those applications or on other external sites.
Enquiry delivery through Web3Forms occurs when you submit a form, regardless of optional analytics choices. Its infrastructure and abuse-protection providers may process request information. This does not make its unrelated marketing or dashboard analytics necessary for our visitors. Fonts are hosted with the reviewed site; Google Fonts is not listed as an active external font provider.
Optional providers may receive data outside the UAE. See our Privacy Policy for the purposes, legal framework, transfer safeguards and available rights. Changing browser storage alone does not exercise all data protection rights. Contact hello@nastalent.com or +971 4 514 2832 for assistance.
We update this policy and the inventory when technologies or purposes change. A new optional purpose requiring consent must not be enabled solely because you accepted an earlier, different purpose. The published page will show the actual revision date.
