These terms govern use of the public website, its information and enquiry facilities. They are not an employment contract, a recruitment mandate, an employer-of-record agreement or a subscription contract. Paid or regulated services require separate written terms identifying the service, responsible provider, price, obligations and applicable territory. Any binding acceptance mechanism must be brought to your attention when it is used; these terms do not treat browsing as consent to unrelated commercial commitments.
The professional services described are intended for adults aged 18 or over. When you act for an organisation, you must have authority for the information and requests you submit. You must not impersonate another person, conceal your identity to deceive us or submit another person's confidential information without authority.
You are responsible for providing accurate, relevant information and telling us about material corrections. We may request clarification before proceeding. The current public website provides information and enquiries; a link labelled login or dashboard does not itself establish an active customer account or service entitlement.
Submitting a form, requesting a consultation or asking for an estimate invites us to respond. It does not automatically engage us, create a charge, confirm an appointment, secure a candidate, authorise a search or bind either party to a purchase. A delivery confirmation confirms receipt through the enquiry system; it is not acceptance of a commercial engagement.
Service descriptions, indicative pricing, timelines, case studies, availability and calculators provide general information unless a separate written agreement expressly adopts them. Estimates depend on scope, candidate availability, country requirements and information supplied. We do not guarantee a hire, employment offer, shortlist deadline, visa outcome, cost saving or business result solely because it appears in general marketing material.
Applying or submitting a CV does not guarantee an interview, introduction or job. Candidates must provide truthful qualifications and experience and disclose relevant work eligibility accurately. Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions, lawful selection criteria and employment obligations unless a valid written arrangement specifically allocates a permitted responsibility differently.
When you submit your CV or an application on our jobs site, jobs.nastalent.com, you agree that we share your CV with employers for the jobs you apply to, keep it on file for other suitable roles, and contact you about jobs and your applications by email, phone and WhatsApp. You can opt out of these messages, or ask us to delete your CV, at any time by emailing hello@nastalent.com. Section 14 of our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.
Do not pay a purported recruiter based on an unsolicited message using our name. Any candidate-facing charges must comply with mandatory law; charges prohibited by applicable recruitment or employment law must not be imposed. If you receive an unexpected payment request or suspect impersonation, contact hello@nastalent.com or +971 4 514 2832 using these published details.
Information about recruitment, workforce support, employer-of-record arrangements, immigration or payroll does not establish that Sourcet is licensed to perform every regulated activity in every country. Where an activity requires a separate authorisation or licensed provider, the applicable service agreement must identify that provider and its role before the activity starts. These website terms do not transfer employer responsibilities or authorise regulated activity.
Any engagement must specify the contracting parties, scope, fees, taxes where applicable, payment dates, cancellation rules, replacement or refund arrangements and any minimum term. No auto-renewal, non-circumvention period, candidate ownership clause or refund entitlement is created by submitting an enquiry. Such provisions apply only if validly agreed in the relevant contract and permitted by law.
The separate agreement controls its service-specific subject matter. Mandatory consumer, employment, privacy and other statutory protections remain applicable. A later website update cannot retrospectively change a concluded service contract without a valid legal or contractual basis.
You must not:
We may proportionately restrict misuse, remove offending submissions and cooperate with competent authorities where legally justified. Restrictions do not remove your right to raise a legitimate complaint or exercise data protection rights.
Website text, design, logos and other materials are protected by the rights of Sourcet or the relevant licensors. You may access them for evaluating our services and ordinary personal or internal business use. Reproducing, distributing, commercially exploiting or implying endorsement of protected material requires the relevant permission, except where law permits otherwise.
You retain rights in your CV, portfolio and other materials you submit. You authorise us to handle those materials only to the extent needed for the relevant lawful purpose and agreement. Submission does not assign your intellectual property to us or grant unrestricted rights to publish it, sell it or use it to train AI models. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Candidate applications may be handled through third-party applications and tools; for further information, contact hello@nastalent.com. Other links may lead to third-party sites. Check the destination and applicable notices before entering information. These providers have their own technical operations and terms; linking to them does not make every external statement our representation. Our own contractual and privacy obligations remain unaffected.
The website's enquiry facility uses a delivery provider. If a submission fails or is not acknowledged, contact us directly. Please do not send urgent employment, legal or security notices only through an unconfirmed form submission.
We aim to provide useful information but may correct errors, update content or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, provider issues or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or that general content reflects every legal development. Professional, immigration, tax, employment or legal decisions may require advice specific to the circumstances. Contact us to confirm current scope and pricing before relying on an offer.
Each party is responsible for its own unlawful conduct and breach of applicable obligations. To the extent permitted by law, general website information and links do not create warranties beyond those expressly provided in an applicable agreement. Service-specific limitations, indemnities or liability caps require a separate valid agreement; no arbitrary zero-fee or twelve-month-fee cap is imposed by these website terms.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights. Responsibility for personal data remains governed by applicable law and the relevant controller/processor arrangements.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Processing & Security Notice explain how information is handled. Consent for optional tracking or marketing is separate from an enquiry and may be withdrawn as described there. Electronic communications and approvals are recognised to the extent permitted by applicable law; a form submission does not automatically satisfy every signature, authority or contract requirement.
Send website or service complaints to hello@nastalent.com, identifying the issue and your preferred response method. We will consider the complaint and explain the appropriate next step. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent authority or seeking a legal remedy.
These website terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and any valid service-specific dispute agreement, disputes relating to these website terms may be brought before the competent courts of Dubai. This clause does not displace rights or jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms for future website use, displaying the actual revision date. A provision found unenforceable will be limited or separated only to the extent legally appropriate without invalidating the remainder. A failure to enforce a provision is not automatically a waiver. English and Arabic versions are intended to express the same meaning; no language preference overrides mandatory law or an express valid agreement. Please report an inconsistency so it can be reviewed.
These definitions explain terms used on our service pages. The scope, fees and conditions of a specific engagement are set out in the agreement for that engagement.
Guaranteed hire. On a Hunt search, if we cannot deliver a hire, the fee paid for that search is refunded. Before engagement we assess every search and decline any search we cannot fulfil.
Qualified shortlist. Candidates who meet the must-have requirements agreed in writing in the role brief (for example experience, skills, location, salary range and availability) and who have been screened by a Nas Talent recruiter.
Leaves within 90 days. The hire's employment ends within 90 calendar days of their start date. Replacement cover then applies as set out in the Hunt engagement agreement.
