Do you pay our salaries?

No. People Desk processes your payroll; you pay salaries from your own account. If you need someone else to employ and pay your team, that's Employer of Record (EOR), quoted separately.

Can we switch plans?

Yes, upgrade any time. Anything you've prepaid and any unused HR hours count as a discount on your new plan.

What happens to unused HR hours or hiring?

They don't carry over to the next period. If you need a roll-over, ask your HR lead and we'll look at it case by case. When you upgrade, unused HR hours count as a discount on your new plan.

Can I mix pay-per-role with a plan?
